Lars Junglarsen has been appointed president of global sales for Hourglass. In the newly created role, he will oversee all international sales for the Los Angeles-based beauty brand, as well as expand the company’s global presence and distribution channels. Junglarsen joins the company after a 25-year career in the premium and luxury markets of fashion, jewelry, watches and lifestyle design, for brands including Hugo Boss, Laurel and Georg Jensen.

Dee Dee Parks has been appointed senior vice president of sales for Hourglass. She will oversee all of the company’s domestic operations, as well as the retail business. Prior to joining Hourglass, Parks served for 18 years at Gurwitch Products, the company that produces Laura Mercier Cosmetics and Révive Skincare.
